Process on Orders Placed:
v Upon receiving order, we will reconfirm stock availability
v We will then send you the Purchase Invoice together with payment instructions
v 50% deposit payment is required upon confirmation for Pre-Order items (full payment required for 'Ready Stock' items)
v Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days upon receipt of deposit payment
v Orders are placed once a week, i.e. Wednesday (However, in the event items are needed on an urgent basis, we can try to accommodate your request to place ad-hoc orders)
